Discover art as a wholistic form of expression from the perspective of two renown artists
Discover art as a wholistic form of expression from the perspective of two renown artists from Sri Lanka, Chinthaka and Poornima. For Chinthaka and Poornima making art has become a process rather than an object and art to them is no more a noun, it is a verb.
Both of them are the founders of the Collective of Contemporary Artists (COCA) and have turned their own residence to a living master piece of art with its own studio, experimental gallery space, community kitchen, listening room and organic garden.
We will take a personally hosted tour of their residence and learn more on what art means to them and how they have used their skills for community outreach, sustainability and conservation.
